(NYSE: IT) today named The Chase Manhattan Bank as the winner of its annual TOP Performance Award at GartnerGroup's IT Measurement for Business Performance and Alignment Conference held in Palm Springs, June 2-4, 1999. Chase is recognized for successfully using information technology (IT) measurement tools to achieve competitive advantage and to drive customer service improvements. |
